Conformity Assessment Unit
The testing laboratory at DIK Prüfgesellschaft mbH is accredited by DAkkS in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and has the competence to conduct tests.
QM representative
The QM representative bears the overall responsibility for the QM system and is authorized to mandate action to ensure that the requirements of the underlying standard are implemented and complied with at all times.
Top manager
The Top manager bears the overall responsibility for all operations and makes resources available to ensure that processes move along smoothly in accordance with the requirement contained in the underlying standards.
Technical managers
The technical managers in the Conformity Assessment Unit bear the overall responsibility for the QM system, including its evaluation.
Heads of testing site
The heads of testing site are responsible for adherence to and implementation of the technical requirements for the underlying standards. They ensure that all quality-related workflows within their area of responsibility are specifically laid down in detailed procedural and work instructions and that there is a general understanding of and compliance with the quality management system.
