Our newsletter is our way of keeping you informed of what we have to offer.

If you wish to receive our newsletter, it is necessary that we receive a valid email address from you as well as information allowing us to verify that you are the owner of the email account indicated or that the owner of the account consents to receive the newsletter. Upon receipt of your registration, we shall send a validation link to the email address you have cited. Future newsletters will be sent you once the validation link contained in the email we send out has been activated. The data you provide in this regard will be used solely for the mailing of the newsletter and will not be forwarded to third parties.

When you sign up for the newsletter, we store your IP address and the date on which you signed up. This information is stored solely as evidence in the event that a third party misuses an email address and signs up for receipt of the newsletter unbeknownst to the legitimate owner of the email account.

We reserve the right to modify these data protection terms and conditions at any time with forward effect. The website provides a currently valid version. Please consult the website at regular intervals to keep abreast of the respective data protection policy currently in effect.

You are entitled to view your personal data at no charge at any time and, as the case may be, to also demand a correction of the data and/or the removal and/or also merely the locking of same if the inventory of data stored is not required for the purpose of contract execution or to ensure compliance with provisions or legal requirements.
