This scheduled event with a limited number of participants is subject to the provisions governing scheduled events in the German Civil Code (Section 312g(2)(9) BGB); therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. In the event of a cancellation, the general cancellation policy applies (see above).

The fee covers colloquium attendance and material, coffee breaks, welcome reception.

Additionally, the conference fee includes the Conference Dinner.

All tickets and conference papers (incl. book of abstracts) will be handed to the participants upon check-in at the registration desk. Participants are requested to wear their conference badges at all times for identification and admittance to the conference rooms.
