KHK 2012 Guidelines and Templates for authors
All authors should submit the manuscript which will be appended as electronic version to the Conference Proceedings of KHK 2012 not later than September, 28th, 2012. The manuscript should be submitted to khk (at) Dikautschuk.de as a pdf-file.
The manuscript should not exceed 30 MB.
Template files for Microsoft Word are available below. Those who use different software than Microsoft Word should use the style definitions defined in the guidelines.
KHK 2012 Guidelines for Oral Presentations
To ensure a satisfying procedure presentation notebooks will be provided. Therefore every speaker has to hand-over his/her presentation to the technical assistant in the speakers preparation room at least two hour prior to the session.
There it is possible to check and eventually correct the layout. Afterwards the technical assistant will transfer the presentation to the session room. The registration and the speakers preparation room will open every day at 7.30 a.m.
Additionally it is possible to submit the presentation via E-Mail to khk (at) Dikautschuk.de until Novemver, 1st, 2012. In this case there will be the opportunity to check the layout of the presentation in the speakers preparation room.
We guarantee that the presentation-file will be deleted after the lecture.

If you would like to use sounds during your presentation please contact the Secretary early, at latest on October, 22th, 2012.
Please note, Macintosh computers will not be provided at the conference. Please transfer your presentation in a format which is readable with the described equipment, for example Adobe Acrobat (pdf).

KHK 2012 Guidelines for Poster Presentations
All posters will be presented Wednesday and Thursday. The poster author is requested
to be at his poster at the poster session.
Poster award: The best posters will be awarded.
Poster format: Portrait, A0, 1189mm x 841 mm
Guidelines for the preparation are additionally given above.
