Registration
All participants of KHK 2012 are kindly asked to register. Please use the On-line Registration Form.
Registration fee should be paid by bank transfer or credit card via our payment form.
If fees are paid in advance, but after October 22, 2012, we kindly ask participants to show
proof of payment when claiming their congress papers at the registration desk.

Entitlements
The fees cover colloquium attendance and materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception.
Additionally, the conference fee includes a conference dinner.
Tickets and Conference Materials
All tickets and conference papers (incl. book of abstracts) will be handed to the
participants upon check-in at the registration desk. Participants are requested to wear
their conference badges at all times for identification and admittance to the conference
rooms.

Payment via credit card (MasterCard or Visa) is possible on our Payment form.
